I am Jason's 50+ client.  I started working with Jason 6 months ago.  He has prepared several personalized programs for me.  As I am getting fitter, He keeps adding new programs to challenge me.  I workout 2x per week and after 6 months I am stronger and happier.  I
no longer have aches and pains that I used to have.  I sleep better, I have more energy, am much stronger, calmer, happier, more confident  and I handle stress much better.
I have also improved my eating habits; I eat unprocessed natural foods and I no longer crave bread and sweets
I got rid of the dieting mentality and 'all or nothing' thinking. I did not cut  any food out completely, I do eat treats occasionally and I eat when I am hungry.  I now focus on what my body can do, instead of my flaws and shortcomings
I am leaner than before. Now I can wear clothes that I was wearing when I was 5 kg/11 lbs 'lighter'.
I feel empowered to make other positive changes in my life.
In the 6 months that I started working with Jason I have lost
7.2kb/16lbs 
2.8 inches from my waist above the belly button.
8 inches from my waist below the  belly button 
​2.8 inches from my hips and 2.8 inches from each thigh.
