Do you want to make a change mentally and physically?  Covid affected our lives over a 2 year period physically and mentally.  It had an effect on myself.  My mother had just passed away the Christmas before it all started so by the time we had our first lockdown depression started to sink in.  All the gyms had closed down and I had no home equipment so for the first time in over 30 years I had no weights to lift.  I was doing bodyweight exercises from home but it was not motivating me in the same way the weights were.   I do enjoy bodyweight exercises but also love to incorporate my weights as well as calisthenics, core and flexibility.  Getting fitness equipment at the start was like buying gold.  the prices had increased dramatically because fitness equipment dealers knew they were onto something.  Because of the demand there was a 3-4 month waiting period for your equipment to be delivered.  I had gained quite a lot of weight in the process and my depression got worse.  I eventually started meditating daily, snapped out of my depression and put a meal plan together just in time for my 90lb adjustable dumbells to be delivered.  I then put a 6 week transformation program together that I will share with you step by step on youtube.  Dont forget to take your before and after photos.  Feel free to share with me after your 6 weeks is up so that I can add them to my testimonials.
