Personal Training is the Fastest Way

With one on one personal training we meet in the location of your choice and I then take you through an exercise program designed specifically for you and your goals.  Because the workouts are always changing, they feel fun.  Because I keep you working at your full potential, you are always progressing.

I train people one on one in central Toronto.
We can train in your own home, your condo gym or at a small gym downtown near
St. Andrew subway station.  
Note: No membership is required if you train with me at the gym.  You only pay me.

Rates for Personal Training at Home or in your Condo Gym

One Session: $80
Ten Sessions: $750
Twenty Sessions: $1400

*Sessions are 60 minutes long.
Included in the first session is a free 30 minute consultation.

Rates to Train in Gym

One session: $90
Ten sessions: $850
Twenty Sessions: $1600

Note: No membership is required if you train with me at this gym.  You only pay my rate and nothing else!
