Here's How It Works: PROGRAM DESIGN- First we video chat- I will talk you through a questionnaire about your current health, previous injuries (if any) and your fitness goals. From the information given, I will design a program for you. Remember: These workouts are designed specifically for you and your goals.
From workout to workout you will progress quickly towards your goals, whether they be to lose weight, gain muscle or simply get in better shape. I will be able to fine tune your workouts so you move quickly and safely towards your goals.
