What is It?
When you join the Millar Fit No Excuses Home Workout Team you’ll receive a brand new fitness video every month throughout all of 2015. That’s 12 workouts! And only team members receive these workouts. They are private and will never be available to the public.
Also every month team members will be emailed full color photos and written descriptions of each exercise in that month’s workout. These can be printed off or stored on your phone or tablet so you can exercise anywhere, whenever you wish. (Which makes it great for travel or exercising outdoors in the summer!)
You will also be given a suggested training schedule by your online trainer, Jason Millar, to make sure you get you the results you desire. You’ll never be confused again about when to work out and what sorts of exercises you should be doing to lose weight and get in your best shape.

No experience is required. Every exercise will be fully demonstrated and explained both in the video and in the written descriptions every team member will receive. You can start this program even if you are currently out of shape. (Though we suggest you check with your doctor first.)
How Does it Work?
Once you become a Millar Fit No Excuses Home Workout Team Member you’ll be emailed a password that gives you access to a private webpage on the Millarfit website. On the 1st day of each month a new video will be posted on the private webpage. That means every month you’ll receive a new video to keep you motivated. Your workouts will never feel boring because they’ll always be changing. And all previous workouts will always be available so you can return to your favorites whenever you want.
On the 1st of each month you will also be emailed the new written workout complete with photos and full descriptions of each of the exercises in the new video.
Plus you’ll be emailed a suggested training routine so you know how often you should aim to be exercising to get the results you are after.
What Are the Workouts Like?
The workouts are meant for beginners and gradually increase as your fitness level increases. So you’ll never be bored and you’ll always be seeing results. Jason Millar is known for creating short, effective workouts that target all four areas of fitness in every session: cardio, strength, core and stretching. You’ll get a full workout in less time than it takes other people to drive to the gym leaving you to get on with your day.
