Sample Recipes from Born to be Fit
High Protein Chicken Scram

1 tbsp olive oil
1 chicken fillet, cut into strips
1 cup rapini
3 eggs, 1 egg yolk
1/2 an avocado
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1/2 cup green olives, chopped
1 tsp of hot mustard
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
2. Add chicken strips and rapini to the pan and stir fry until cooked.
3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine eggs, avocado, garlic and olives. Mix together and then add to the
chicken and rapini in the frying pan.
4. Stir until scrambled then serve on a plate with the hot mustard on the side for kick of flavour.
Frozen Berry Smoothie

1/2 frozen banana
2 tbsp frozen raspberries
2 tbsp frozen strawberries
2 tbsp frozen blackberries
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 tsp glutamine
1 tsp cinnamon
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until
smooth.
