Ingredients
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
1 small kiwi peeled
1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 scoop plant based protein powder

1-Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
