Ingredients
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup washed beansprouts
2 radishes washed and sliced
1/4 cup washed mint
1/4 cup washed basil
1 avocado peeled and sliced
3 green onions washed and chopped
1/4 English cucumber washed and sliced
optional
dressing
1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
1- Arrange all the above ingredients on a plate
2- Add the dressing ingredients to a small bowl and mix thoroughly and pour over the salad for taste.
