Using the stability ball can be beneficial for our workouts. It helps us with our balance as well as our core strength and stability. It can also be used as a bench or seat when working out. The stability ball can also be used as an inexpensive office chair. Just take a seat and roll the ball slowly into your heels and sit erect.
