Ingredients
1 sliced beetroot
1/2 sliced orange pepper
1 cup organic beansprouts
1 cup spinach or spring mix salad
1 cup edemame beans
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 chopped zuchinni
1 cup cashew nuts
Dressing
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon agave
Method of preperation
1-in a big salad bowl add all the ingredients 1 by 1.
2-In a separate small bowl mix together the dressing.
3-Add the dressing to the salad mix thoroughly then serve.
