Ingredients
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup fresh washed red raspberries
1 banana
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
1/4 cup washed chopped cucumber
1/2 scoop plant based protein powder
Preperation
1- Put all the above ingredients into a blender adding the orange juice first and blend into a creamy smoothie. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Perfect to drink a glass 1 hr before a high intensity cardio workout.
