Shefu tofu x 1 packet
1 teaspoon green thai curry paste
2 cups minced washed baked kale
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups cold water
1 avocado peeled and sliced
1/4 sliced red onion
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Method of cookery
1- Add the rice and water to a small boiling pan. turn up the heat bring to boil then turn the heat down low to simmer.
2- In a wok add the shefu tofu with the green thai paste and a touch of olive oil and stir-fry until golden.
3- Using a flat baking tin add the kale then in a small bowl add the garlic, olive oil, turmeric and syrup mix and pour over the kale and place under the grill until you have a crispy but not burnt texture.
4- Decorate your dinner plate with the sliced onion and avocado.
5- Add the shefu tofu, rice and kale to your plate and enjoy your meal.
