4 tablespoons hummus
1 avocado sliced
1 cup washed chopped black olives
1 packet shefu tofu
2 cloves garlic
1 cup washed spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon agave syrup
Method of cooking
1- Add the hummus and sliced avocado to the ricecakes.
2- Using a small frying pan add the oil and agave syrup and turn up the heat then add the shefu tofu, olives,garlic and spinach and stir fry until cooked.
3- Place the mixture on the rice cakes and serve.
